1. General Provisions

• These Rules define the procedure for organizing and conducting a promotional event codenamed "Moon.Market Birthday" (hereinafter referred to as the "Promotion"), conducted using the service available on the moon.market website.
• The Promotion is held in honor of the birthday of the Moon.Market service, for the purposes of its promotion, increasing user activity, and encouraging Users to perform transactions using the functionality of the Website.
• The Organizer of the Promotion is Aglaya Limited Liability Company, registration number: 300232-3301-OOO, address: Kyrgyz Republic, Bishkek, Pervomaysky District, st. Pavlova, 43 (hereinafter referred to as the "Organizer").
• By participating in the Promotion, the User confirms that they have read these Rules, understand their content, and accept them in full without any exceptions or reservations.
• The Promotion is a promotional event and is not a lottery, gambling, betting, or other risk-based activity, since participation in the Promotion is carried out within the normal course of using the Service, does not require a separate participation fee, and is not associated with the risk of loss of property in order to receive the Prize.
• Participation in the Promotion is voluntary and free of charge. Payment made by the User through the Website applies to the corresponding transactions in the Service and does not constitute payment for participation in the Promotion.

2. Terms and Interpretations

• Terms used in these Rules and not defined separately therein shall have the meaning established by the Offer and other documents governing the use of the Website.
• For the purposes of these Rules, the following terms shall have the following meaning:
• Website – an Internet resource accessible through the domain name moon.market, managed by the Administrator.
• Administrator – an online service based on the domain name moon.market, as well as the person ensuring the functioning of the Website, organizing the Service, and conducting the Promotion.
• "User" – a natural or legal person with legal capacity under applicable law who uses the Website in accordance with its intended purpose.
• Account – a personalized panel available to the User on the Website, providing access to the Website's functionality.
• "Service" – actions performed within the Website.
• "Sales" – a contract concluded between the User and the Administrator, under which the User sells their virtual items, and the Administrator purchases them for a fixed sum of money.
• "Purchases" – a contract concluded between the User and the Administrator, under which the User purchases virtual items, and the Administrator sells them for a fixed sum of money.
• "Transaction" – a Sale or Purchase made by the User using the Website's functionality and meeting the requirements of these Rules.
• Completed Transaction – a Transaction for which the following conditions are simultaneously met: successful completion of the Service's security mechanisms, including Steam Trade Protection; obtaining the "Paid" status; confirmation of the Transaction in the manner prescribed by the Website's functionality; no cancellation by the User or the Administrator.
• "Entry" – a unit of accounting for participation in the Promotion, formed on the basis of one Completed Transaction.
• "Promotion Participants Register" – an automatically generated list of Entries taken into account for the purposes of determining the Winners.
• "Winner" – a User whose Entry is recognized as the winner in accordance with the procedure established by these Rules.
• "Prize" – property, a digital asset, an in-game item, cash, or other property provision subject to transfer to the Winner in accordance with these Rules. Rules

3. Promotion Period

• The Promotion Period: from 8:00 PM 00:00 PM on April 21, 2026, to 11:59 PM 59:00 PM on May 21, 2026, inclusive.
• The period for completing the actions required to participate in the Promotion coincides with the Promotion Period.
• Information about the Winners will be posted on the Website within 2 (two) calendar days from the end date of the Promotion.
• The Prize Transfer Period is 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date the Winners' information is posted, unless another period arises due to the nature of the relevant Prize or the technical features of its transfer.
• Unless otherwise expressly stated in these Rules, the time is determined by the time zone used by the Organizer when administering the Promotion.

4. Requirements for Participants in the Promotion

• Participants in the Promotion must be Users who are 18 years of age or older, registered on the Website, and using the Service in accordance with the Website's purpose and applicable law.
• By participating in the Promotion, a Participant represents to the Organizer that they have the necessary legal capacity and the right to use the Website in accordance with applicable law.
• The Organizer reserves the right to exclude any person from participating in the Promotion, exclude them from participating, or refuse to award a Prize if the Organizer has reason to believe that such person is using the Website for other purposes, is acting in bad faith, or is violating these Rules or applicable law.

5. Participation in the Promotion

• To participate in the Promotion, the User must, during the period specified in paragraph 3.1 of these Rules, complete one or more Transactions on the Website for an amount of at least 10 (ten) US dollars or the equivalent in another currency available on the Service.
• When completing a Transaction, the User may be shown an informational notification about the inclusion of the relevant Transaction in the Promotion. Such notification is for informational purposes only and does not, in itself, confirm the final inclusion of the Transaction in the Register of Participants of the Promotion until the conditions stipulated by these Rules are met.
• For the purposes of the Promotion, only Completed Transactions are counted.
• After the conditions stipulated by these Rules are met, the relevant Transaction may be additionally designated in the Website Account with a special mark (🎂), confirming its inclusion for the purposes of the Promotion. This mark is for informational purposes only and reflects the inclusion of the Transaction in the Register of Promotion Participants.
• A special "INFO" button may be placed next to the Transaction; clicking this button allows the User to obtain additional information about the Promotion.
• Each Completed Transaction creates one Entry in the Register of Promotion Participants.
• The number of Entries created by one User is unlimited, provided that each of the relevant Transactions complies with the requirements of these Rules and applicable law.
• The more Completed Transactions that meet the terms of the Promotion the User makes during the Promotion period, the more Entries are created in the Register of Promotion Participants.
• Participation in the Promotion does not require a separate fee. Conducting a Transaction within the Service does not, in itself, constitute the acquisition of a "ticket," "right to participate," or any other independent consideration for participation in the Promotion.

6. Transactions Not Subject to Counting for the Purposes of the Promotion

• The following are not counted for the purposes of the Promotion:
• transactions worth less than 10 (ten) US dollars or the equivalent in another currency;
• transactions that were not completed;
• transactions canceled by the User or the Administrator;
• transactions rejected within the functionality of the Service;
• transactions that did not pass the checks and protection mechanisms provided by the system, including cases where the relevant transaction does not meet the technical conditions of the Service;
• Transactions for which the Organizer has reasonable grounds to believe that they are not aimed at the normal use of the Service, but rather at the artificial creation of Entries within the Promotion, including, but not limited to, the use of bots, fictitious transactions, self-selling, or other forms of cheating.
• The Organizer reserves the right to independently assess the bona fide nature of the User's actions, taking into account the Website data, the nature of Account use, the specifics of the Transactions completed, and other circumstances relevant to the purposes of the Promotion.
• Specifically, for Transactions for the CS2 game executed between May 14, 2026 and May 21, 2026, the following rule applies: such Transactions are included in the Promotion provided that the relevant Transaction is not canceled by the User. If a Transaction of the specified category is initially determined to be the winning one, but subsequently cannot be counted due to its cancellation or other grounds that preclude the possibility of recognizing such a Transaction as Completed, the Organizer reserves the right to exclude the relevant Entry and determine the Winner again from among other Entries that meet the terms of the Promotion.

7. Creation of the Promotion Participant Register

• During the entire Promotion period, all Completed Transactions that meet the terms of these Rules are automatically recorded in the Promotion Participant Register.
• The Promotion Participant Register is generated automatically based on the technical data of the Website.
• Each Entry is assigned a unique serial number.
• The data in the Promotion Participant Register are considered reliable and final, unless otherwise determined by the Organizer based on an internal audit, Service data, information on the status of Transactions, or other noteworthy circumstances.

8. Prize Fund of the Promotion

• The prize fund of the Promotion is formed at the expense of the Organizer.
• The total number of Prizes is 30 (thirty).
• The total approximate value of the prize fund is 1,000,000 (one million) rubles.

• The specific characteristics of the Prizes, including appearance, condition, modification, trading parameters, or other individual characteristics of the digital asset, may differ slightly from those specified in the information materials, if such difference does not affect the consumer purpose of the relevant Prize.
• Prizes are not subject to exchange, return, or replacement with a cash equivalent, with the exception of those Prizes that by their nature are directly expressed in the crediting of cash or an equivalent to User balance within the Website.

9. Winner Determination Procedure

• The Winners of the Promotion are determined by the Organizer at the end of the Promotion Period.
• The Winners are determined automatically based on the prize distribution algorithm applied to the Promotion Participant Register based on the total number of Entries and their serial numbers generated during the Promotion Period.
• When determining the Winners, the Organizer assumes that:
• each Completed Transaction forms one Entry;
• each Entry receives a unique serial number;
• prize places are assigned to Entries in accordance with the procedure established by the Organizer. distribution algorithm.
• This procedure for determining the Winners does not imply the User acquiring a separate right to participate for a fee, does not create an independent risk of property loss for the sake of receiving the Prize, and is intended to reward Users who actually use the Service during the Promotion period.
• If, after the initial determination of the Winners, any of the winning Entries is deemed not to meet the terms of the Promotion, such Entry is subject to exclusion, and the Organizer reserves the right to re-determine the Winner from among other Entries that meet the terms of these Rules.

10. Prize Receipt Procedure

• Information about the Winners is posted on the Website or otherwise communicated to Users through the Service interface.
• Prizes are transferred using the Website's functionality, including the transfer of digital assets and in-game items to the User's inventory and/or trading account, as well as the crediting of the corresponding amounts to the User's balance, depending on the nature of the Prize and the available functionality of the Service.
• Receiving a Prize does not require the Winner to perform any additional actions or make any additional fees, redemptions, commissions, or other payments not provided for in these Rules and the functionality of the Website.
• If the Winner fails to perform the necessary actions within the timeframe set by the Organizer, evades receiving the Prize, or otherwise fails to ensures the possibility of its transfer, the corresponding Prize may be declared unclaimed.
• If the Prize is declared unclaimed, the Organizer reserves the right to dispose of it at its own discretion, including redistribution within the framework of the Promotion.

11. Notifying Participants

• These Rules are communicated to Users by posting them on the Website.
• The Organizer reserves the right to amend these Rules, suspend, or terminate the Promotion early, provided that the relevant information is published on the Website.
• The User is obligated to independently monitor the content of these Rules and any changes made to them.

12. Taxation

• The Winner is solely responsible for calculating, declaring, and paying any taxes, fees, and other mandatory payments that may arise in connection with receiving the Prize.
• The Organizer does not act as a tax agent for the Winner, unless otherwise expressly provided by mandatory provisions of applicable law.
• By participating in the Promotion, the User confirms that they understand the possible tax consequences of receiving the Prize and assumes the risk of fulfilling these consequences independently.

13. Liability and Other Terms

• The Organizer shall not be liable for any inability to participate in the Promotion caused by technical failures, limitations in the Website, actions of third parties, the operation of Steam, payment services, or other circumstances beyond the Organizer's control.
• The Organizer reserves the right to refuse participation, cancel participation results, exclude individual Entries, refuse to issue a Prize, or declare a Prize unclaimed in all cases provided for in these Rules, as well as in the event of the discovery of circumstances indicating unfair use of the Website or an attempt to influence the results of the Promotion.
• In all matters not regulated by these Rules, the parties shall be guided by Offer, which governs the use of the Website, and, to the relevant extent, the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic.
